I appreciate it was Christmas time so the girls were very busy however the place itself is pretty unclean / messy & I waited 20 odd minutes past my appt time before I was seen. Its budget and your nails will probably be fine (I only had a removal), my main concern was hygiene and I wouldn't go back for this reason.
