Dylan was welcoming and experienced. the salon was peaceful when I arrived and we had the time self me to chat over my request and concerns.
He blow dried with height as I asked and was not judgemental with my self trimmed fringe and not pushy with products.
It was a two way chat and not just being talked at.
I was able to easily alter my appointment day and the liaison on email prior to my visit was rapid and informative
A very pleasant experience and I would be pleased to return
