First time at this salon and it was a really great experience. Hannah was lovely and clearly very experienced. Hair cut was EXACTLY as I wanted it. Hannah checked at every stage if I was happy with it and if I wanted any more off (when I said I did want a bit more off she didn't huff/check her watch like some hairdressers would!). I get a bit anxious with the forced/"fake" chat at salons, but Hannah was really calm and the conversation was easy; it was an enjoyable experience! Will be back soon.
