I asked for a simple straight line trim but at the end the hairdresser started cutting my hair in layers “to reduce the volume at the back” which freaked me out cause I didn’t ask for it! I appreciate she has more knowledge about hair styling than I do but I just wish she had told me what she was about to do and asked whether I want those layers at the back to avoid creating unnecessary stress to the client.

Been here three times now! Hannah is a lovely girl knows what she is doing & knows exactly what I want even when I don’t!! Look forward to getting my hair re-done here. Never had a better short bob!!!! Thanks Hannah xxx
