I have been going to Avesta since 2018 and have never left disappointed or wobbly about my experience until tonight - I was made to wait for 30mins after my booking time because another client was running late, fair enough it was rush hour so I understood - the hot water then ran out as my wash had begun, it was unpleasant of course but I thought fine its no ones fault, however, my hair was completely rushed and not washed properly, there's still dye in my hair that wasn't washed out

Everything was great until Dylan used the machine to shave the back of my neck to finish the look. I am not sure what happened, maybe the machine was old, i dont know but I was left with line marks on the back of my neck and with pain for about 2 days. I really loved my haircut and Dylan was great as well. (I will definitely come back). But like I said my only issue was the machine used on me. 🙁
