I was warmly welcomed into the salon. My appointment was for 12.00, I arrived 10 minutes earlier on a training morning. Immediately I was offered a coffee while I waited for the training to finish . Resna started washing my hair at 12.10, wonderful scalp massage. I told Resna what I wanted doing; She cut and blowed dried my hair as I had asked, I left at 12.45 happy with my hair. Thank you Resna
