I originally booked Hannah for a cut style and blow with pin curls which I rang up beforehand and asked if this could be done and was assured this could be. A few days before my appointment, it was changed to Steven. When I arrived I wasn’t put in the chair til 5:30, my hair cut is wonky and looks terrible. Steven also couldn’t do pin curls to which I only found out during the app. Luckily another lady took over. I am really disappointed in the and now my haircut is wonky and I am £45 down!
