Jess did a great job as always, making sure I was comfortable at every stage and giving me lots of input on how my hair looked. I find the process of getting my hair cut and being in salons quite challenging because of the sensory overwhelm and anxiety, and Jess always makes it a nice experience. Really happy with how my hair looks!
