Oh my god I don’t know where to start! Jess is absolutely amazing! She is soo knowledgeable and attentive to detail! She listened so carefully and she worked her magic! I have never been soo in love with my hair! Her hospitality is beyond perfect! I have Afro hair which is really thick and she knew exactly what to do without causing any damage! The colour she did for me is exactly identical to the colour I wanted! Thank you a million times Jess I shall definitely return for my aftercare too! X
