I have been welcomed very kindly. Sat down to wait no longer than 5 minutes. Been given water and coffee. I have had my hair washed with a full on head massage which felt amazing. Valerio cut my hair. I have curly hair and had them really long. I wanted them re-styled and explained to him what I wanted. He understood what I wanted within seconds and did them perfectly, couldn’t be happier!
