I didn’t have an appointment just popped in on the off chance, next time I will insist that Andrew does all the treatment even if I have to wait.. The young girl that washed my hair either was not trained or badly trained. I mentioned to Andrew the water was cold. It’s my fault because I guess I should have said something to her, but she didn’t speak much to me. She fiddled with my hair only washed the front not touching the back in cold water💦 It’s my forth time I will only book Andrew.

Jess was amazing, so knowledgeable and kind and I’m obsessed with the cut she gave me. My hair feels healthier and has life in it again, could not recommend her more highly!!
