The man was lovely and friendly and was given a little sample which was nice BUT I guess this is the important part ,my nails were filed into a shape we agreed however the shape is fine but I did clearly say I wanted to keep the length as it took me so long to grow ,I arrived with long nails& I’ve left with short nails -I actually really really hate the length & am so disappointed at how much was taken off :( it will now take me 6-7 wks to get that length back as it took me 6-7 wks to grow
