This was a 15 min facial, with consultation at the beginning, so not a 30 min facial as listed. The experience was nice and you can redeem the £15 towards any products at the end, so the facial was “free” in a sense. The shop was very busy and a bit loud. The facial itself was great, it felt great and left me with a glow. It was really good value as well, but it wasn’t what I expected.

My stylist was lovely and the whole experience was wonderful - more than just a haircut! I was super happy with the finished result too! The mis-syncing with the booking systems meant they had to move my appointment, but they voluntarily gave me a free additional treatment in thanks.
The salon didn’t have my booking and made out I had made a mistake rather than either Treatwell or me when I had the confirmation. Total waste of time!
Great haircut and styling. Hairdresser gave great advice on what would suit me and how to style my hair. Would really recommend, although is a bit overpriced for what you get!
