Literally the worst experience I’ve had. Called ahead to ask about the difference between their £15 offer and the treatwell £35 option and kept avoiding the question telling me the lady I would see is amazing, she will talk about the products. Gave up asking after 5-6 times (and calling back twice in hopes of speaking to someone else) and decided to book in. Then received a call they had double booked “that time” and asked me to come in at 5pm instead which I couldn’t. I then asked about one of the 5 other appointment slots which were available on treatwell at the time (2 mins before the call) and was told they had all been mysteriously taken in the past two mins too.. the girl who called was passive aggressive and rude. I live aveda products so was super disappointed not to be able to try the salon out.
Everything was smooth and as expected. Nothing out of the ordinary.
