Amazing blowdry by Jenna. I recently broke my wrist so I can't wash or dry my hair. Jenna took great care of me and my blow dry lasted almost a week. I'll be buying the package this week!!
Love the concept of a blow bar, great service and felt valued as a customer. The blow dry it self has kept shape for 2 days - more than happy!
arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. however the lady doing my haor was 30 minutes late and still had another blow dry to do before mine. the lady off the Clarins stand said to vome back in 15 minutes she still had not arrived. this resulted in me having to book last minute for elsewhere and near ruined my day. no call from the staff to advise nor no apology. totally let down, Aveda have a toral neglect for their customers.
