I had a manicure booked in for a special occasion the following day. I arrived 10 minutes earlier & told them at reception I had arrived.
40 minutes later (and at no point had I been offered a drink or been told what the delay was), I was asked what I was having. I told her and at this point said, we've double booked you and our therapist is going home now. Whaaaat!
There was no apology, no 'we're really sorry, lets put this right for you'. In fact the manager who could see what was going on, didnt even bother to come over and apologise. The fact that by this stage it was too late for me to go somewhere else didnt seem an issue.
Poor customer service - no other description possible. Sorry!
