Iwona was extremely rude and unhelpful. She was unable to fulfil the appointment I had made as she had not blocked out her availability on the app. Iwona did not attempt to find a time that would work for me and instead just told me she could not do it even though I had already paid for the treatment. She was also unwilling to contact Treatwell to confirm she could not do the booking and I am therefore still waiting to receive a refund for a treatment I never had.

I arrived at the salon and was told that they couldn't see me at the booking time and that I could come back later. They made no attempt to contact me before, as I would have been happy to be flexible. Huge disappointment and waste of my time! Don't bother booking this place, as they don't seem to care about customers coming from Treatwell.

I came at Avangarda with 3 different shades on my hair due to previous colors, willing to go to another color without bleaching. Iwona knew straight away what to do, and the result was amazing. She also did a great job with the haircut. + she's very nice, and the price is the best in town!
