I accidentally booked the wrong haircut, but Naz didn't mind doing what I actually wanted. It was really good value for money! Great to support an independent female-run business.
Naz is always incredibly helpful, efficient and great at her job. She has such a good waxing technique it is near to painless (best bikini waxing I’ve ever had!) no ingrown hairs, bruising or swelling. Would definitely recommend for any variety of beauty treatment!
Great place with really nice staff. I went there for a haircut today and it turned out really nice thanks to Naz who has been nothing but kind and attentive to what I wanted. I will definitely come back.
Terrible waxing! It has been the worst ever of my life! The therapist just was not able to do a hot wax Hollywood, she couldn’t take the wax off and she had to wax multiple times the same delicate area... just a huge suffering and a lot of pain. The result is that I still have hair, my skin is all red and very inflamed with spots and bleeding!
Also the there was not room and I was put behind a curtain which didn’t have any privacy. I felt a guinea pig
