I initially left a 4-star review after my acrylic toe removal and BIAB manicure, mentioning my big toe bled. The salon later said they had lifted/cut my ingrown toenail, but this was never explained to me or discussed before they did it. Any invasive procedure should be explained and consented to beforehand. I had no pain before my appointment, only afterwards. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy or responsibility. A simple sorry would’ve gone a long way.
