I booked a massage for my husband and a collagen facial for myself and both treatments were fab. I had compliments on my skin the next day! The only reason a star was knocked off was for the atmosphere two issues one the trains going past were noisy and I understand can't do much about this but it's supposed to be relaxing so using one of the other rooms at the front of the hotel would be better in addition the door constantly rattled which could be prevented by putting a door wedge under it.

Not the best, probably felt more relaxed before the treatment unfortunately. The spa is on a different level to the treatment room, and the room is like a meeting room with no mood lighting. communication could have been better to feel more at ease.

I had a lovely experience at Aurora Spa. It’s clean and calming, though quite small, with treatment rooms located on the first floor and the pool, sauna, and steam room on the lower level. My Swedish massage with Donna was excellent she was caring, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling relaxed, and appreciated her helpful advice afterwards. Great for a short morning or afternoon, relaxing visit.
