I enjoyed an incredible facial at the spa - a luminance pearl facial. The treatment started as a lovely normal facial with lots of lotions and creams gently massaged into my face - just lovely. But then ended with this ultra cold (felt like ice - in a good way) mask being put on. It was layered on very thickly! After 20 minutes it had hardened and felt like one of those peel off masks from my teens. It lifted off in large pieces which looked like white plastic! I can't describe it. It was such a unique experience. My skin underneath felt so soft and smooth, and I do suffer with rosecea, I believe it really helped to cool down the redness of my face.
I loved my treatment, such lovely people and a very relaxing environment. Would recommend to all my friends :)

We had a baby shower booked here and loved every moment of it. Yoana went out of her way to decorate the spa and cater for our needs. The treatments were amazing and Yoana is a perfectionist in her quest to give a relaxing treatment to all. Would recommend coming here and cant wait for my next treatment.

My Mum and me had a relaxed full body massage and a facial here. It was so relaxing, Beautiful products my body and face feel lovely. Great advice and such friendly ladies too.

Went here for a bikini wax today as I'm going on holiday after Christmas. The spa is located conveniently on the high street and is very clean with a professional and modern look. The treatment room had a relaxing ambience, complete with calming music and scented candles burning
I ran a few minutes late, but that was no problem for Yoana, my consultant. She was welcoming, patient, very outgoing, and she put me as ease as bikini line waxes aren't painless.
Yoana was knowledgeable about all of the products she used, and she explained what each one would do. She took her time, and I never felt rushed. All throughout, we chatted about my upcoming holiday and afterwards as neither of us were busy, she even showed me pictures as she had already been to the exact resort I was off to! (small world)
Long story short, Yoana (and even her staff member that I spoke to briefly) was professional, experienced (18 years in the industry), dedicated to her craft, and so personable! My time at Aurora Spa was great value for money, and I also got to meet a lovely person in the process. It made my day, and best believe that I will be back. Have a great holiday season & thanks so much, Yoana! :)

Wonderful experience, so friendly and professional. The therapists are very knowledgeable and give expert and tailored advice. The Yellow Rose products have made such a big difference to my skin and are so much better than anything else I've tried. Definitely the best place to go for face and body treatments. Thank you!
