Was a nice and relaxing experience but I would have appreciated knowing the steps of the facial process - what was going to happen and the products being used and what they did. Most of the time I did not know what was happening! Also, I asked if Dona could remove some blackheads but it appeared she couldn’t/they weren’t blackheads so I was left with with my face looking slightly worse than before! This is not necessarily Dona’s fault but overall a little more communication would be helpful.
