Whilst the appointment was, indeed, not a pleasant one, the response from the management team was outstanding. I have been contacted both by the Aurora Spa customer service and senior management team, who genuinely apologised. What matters more - immediate steps were taken to ensure no other customer would have to experience what I did. This shows that the venue team really cares, and that is what counts to me.

Second time Rabia wax my eyebrows and burn my skin… first time I thought it was a mishap which is fine but second time is too much.
