The appointment felt rushed and like the beautician was irritated by my presence although I was first customer of the day . She roughly cleaned my eyebrows and applied wax, it was warmer than expected and I was told it was standard temperature. the wax was applied below my eyebrow causing the area to be sensitive and red for several days with the skin scabbing - at the time I was told this was normal- overall not good
Mahroo was really warm and kind, and gave a great lymphatic massage. I left feeling much lighter and like my congestion had all gone away
