I had a fantastic experience with Jacqui. She’s the first therapist who truly listened to my concerns and addressed my problem areas with precision. The massage was incredible, and her skincare advice was spot-on. Plus, the manicure was perfect—my nails look great! Jacqui is amazing, very caring and professional, and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be back!

At the consultation Yoana provided very clear, factual advice with no pressure whatsoever around decision making. The treatment itself was efficient, and clear aftercare guidance was given. What doesn't this place have.. Beautiful cosy and spotless rooms in what feels like a safe haven to totally let go and unwind. My treatment with Yoana was superb!
