The atmosphere was very welcoming and Donna was lovely. However, after asking and being shown how far in the wax would go, I was disappointed for it to be less so and numerous patches missed completely. After a week I was also left with much more ingrown hairs then usual. Would probably not book again unless confident enough to ask her to redo certain parts !
