I've always been very nervous of getting facials as my skin is highly sensitive and scars easily. This was the first facial I've ever had and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt welcomed and looked after the moment I stepped into the clinic, by both the manager (didn't catch her name) and the wonderful Lila. I haven't had any purging since this facial, which was a suprise as I had a number of extractions. Thank you Aurora Spa!
