An excellent visit at aurora spa!
I had the classic steam facial with Lila, and she was amazing!
Lovely products used and Lila made sure to ask about my skin type and needs, my standard at home face care etc, before starting the procedure.
The space was very clean, and there was a very relaxing ambiance in the therapy room.
Lila was around the whole time and performed all the steps thoroughly and in a very relaxing way - including a small massage at the end!
Will be going back!

This is my second time coming here, and I cannot fault anything about this place. The customer service that I have received on both occasions has been fantastic. Highly recommend. Lila is also amazing at what she does and makes you feel super comfortable. 10/10.
