The premises is not very inviting - lacks charm and atmosphere. The staff don't wear hygienic uniforms. When I arrived for my appointment another customer was being treated and I went in straight away. So the room, which was very hot, did not have time to air properly and the beautician didn't have a break either and had to do intensive work on my face for an hour and a half. However, I was happy enough with the actual treatment but I can't say I want to repeat the less than luxury experience.
