I had to be told from the beginning that the treatment is not done during period time, I have been to the salon twice before and I have never been told. After traveling for an hour to get to the appointment I was told that the treatment could not be done if I have my period. She mentioned that this is usually told at the first meeting, but she forgot to tell me, This should also be mentioned by email so that we know how to manage our time. 👎

Staff are very professional and so welcoming, was my first ever time in a spa and having a facial as a man can be very daunting, but was a very pleasant experience, will definitely be coming back! Lila did a great job.
