My teenage daughter suffered skin damage when her upper lip was waxed 8 times. As a result we had to see a dermatologist the same afternoon and when I emailed Aurora about what happened their reply was only "we are very sorry" which was frankly unsatisfactory.
Result: we paid the price for a £10 upper lip at Aurora plus £200 for the dermatologist at Cromwell hospital plus another £32 for the ointment to be used for two days and cream to follow. We complained but had no further reply.

Previous is lovely! However, the pedicure service offered at salon isn’t great. Perhaps the spa pedicure is better but the classic pedicure is definitely not worth it. I don’t feel like I had a pedicure, it feels more like I just had my toe nails painted so don’t think I will return.

I had spa pedicure with Donna and this is the best pedicure I ever had! She is very friendly and we had such a lovely chat. Will returning back for sure!
