Products are nice and the facial was fine, but I did not feel welcome. In the confirmation email they ask if you can come early to fill in a consultation form, so I came early and stood for a closed door. Even after my appointment time the door was still closed with no one visible. Had to call and after more waiting the therapist came up. I understand someone can forget the time, but instead of her being apologetic I got more the feeling of being a nuisance for disturbing her.
