A very uncomfortable experience and I will not return. I called ahead to check if the treatments were possible due to being in late pregnancy and not being able to lie on my back and was assured that adjustments can be made. Once I booked, paid and arrived to the appointment, Bing insisted that she can not do the agreed waxing, and could also not refund me any money if we don't go through. She was verbally agressive, didn't once apologize for misleading information and made the session very unpleasant
