My face was bruised for 2 weeks after I had this facial. I was having to use loads of foundation to cover up the marks. It looked just like I had been beaten up. The equipment she used felt painful and was clearly used incorrectly. I assumed the therapist knew what she was doing which is why I didn’t complain at the the time.My partner was so alarmed by the bruising that he insisted I must provide feedback. Ive had many facials over the years but I have never come out of one looking like this.
