Birthday treat which was a complete let down. The room was cold and too bright. Had treatments at other plaza spas including plaza Westminster bridge (less than 50 yards away) and those were far more relaxing. Room was too cold, beds not heated, literally had one bath towel to wrap over me, not very soft or warm. Room was tiny with a wash hand basin which the therapist had to keep using/refilling, was not the relaxing experienced hoped for. Cold and quite stressful and £90.00; very poor value.

I found the massage did not help my back aches and actually made it worse. I asked for a firmer massage several times. My back ended up tightening so I had to lay on my back and stretch my back myself. It made me feel like it was not worth the time for the massage.
