Very good experience, the place is classy, clean and very comfortable. No delays in the service, nice ambience to wait.
I had a waxing and it was both very precise and not painful at all. I like when people take time to do a refined job, and the staff was very professional and giving very good advices.
The location is very convenient too, so totally worth!

I recieved a lovely facial by a staff member called Alice. The facial was amazing and also included a massage which was so relaxing. The only downside was where the spa was located- right beside the gym. At least I went mid morning and it was empty but there was still a lot of noise coming through and the door kept making noises as people went past from the draft. I would go back as Alice relaxed me enough the sound didn't bother me much

I had a shellac manicure and it was good value for money as it was discounted from the normal price. For just shape and paint, 40 pounds would have been too expensive but for 28pounds I was relatively happy with it. The therapist was lovely and she did a good job.
