The treatment was great, and the therapist was great, but it was really frustrating to arrive and there was nobody around to tell you where to go, what to do, etc. Then I got undressed and tried to lock up my belongings only to find i needed to have a pound coin (refundable) to lock up. I think this is quite ridiculous since i had not been warned about this, was already undressed and had to run around naked under a bathrobe to try to find someone to get me a pound coin. In a spa in a high end hotel, very disappointing experience from that perspective.

Alice was lovely as usual and made me feel immediately comfortable. The brazilian barely hurt at all and my eyebrows look lovely.
