I couldn't fault this at all - I was given a lovely welcome by Dawn, and she encouraged me to spend some time in the steam room before my treatment, which I wasn't expecting! Most places will only offer that if you've booked a whole spa day. The treatment was great, she listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I felt needed attention. I think I'll be going back and taking my husband too! Thank you.

The spa its self was lovely and the fact even after having a manicure you are allowed to use the facilities is really lovely. The lady who did my nails was so lovely, however the shape is slightly wonky and the shellac quite lumpy so the manicure itself I'm not overly impressed with.
