The spa is beautiful and very calming. It's very central to my work which is perfect, so I just take my lunch break and come over! The staff were very friendly and gave me tips on other beauty regimes

Previous treatment overran with another client so I was left waiting for 20 minutes as there was only one member of staff working. This would normally be ok but I had booked an appointment for during my lunch break. As the previous treatment overran, the treatment room wasn't tidy so I had my manicure while perched on a chair by the stairs which wasn't that comfortable as lots of people were walking past and glaring. It was quite dark which created a relaxed ambience but did mean that my manicure was a slightly different colour to what I expected when I left the building. Overall the manicure was very high standard and staff member was very nice!
