Nicole was lovely the massage was done nicely. The room quiet but very very small. However I was a little shocked at the small tiny old rob I was given and how it barely covered me, add this on to how the changing facilities was shared with men it left me feeling a little exposed. Also when I left after changing I came out to give a tip and no-one was there, they had all left for the day so I exited the spa alone. It was very basic service and facilities.

It was a good experience. The member of staff that looked after me was lovely and did a great job. I was a little indecisive about nail colours at first and that could have really irritated someone but she was graceful and patient. It is good value for money if using the spa facilities after but i regrettably ran over during a lunch break so did not get the opportunity. It was a clean an calm environment although would have preferred to not be right by the stairs, but this did not ruin the overall experience. Using Treatwell was simple, easy and informative. I will be suing the service again.
