I had a full body scrup and massage booked at the Park Plaza, the facilities were nice and clean, though the bathrobes were so small they didnt fit.
Massage and body scrub itself was very nice, the only reason why I have to rate this experience so low is that half way through the treatment, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building, only covered in our towels and stand in the cold and rain outside the hotel. It was only a fire drill and I felt it was not necessary to perform a fire drill when you have patients covered in body scrup in the spa (especially since there were no patients booked in afterwards). Our relaxing experience turned into a very upsetting, stressful and embarrassing experience and I think the staff who plan the fire drills should consider if guests are naked and in mid treatment in the spa.
