Lovely massage, Nicole was great and really sorted out some big knots in my back! I'd read reviews stating that you can use the spa facilities which was true but these facilities were slightly disappointing-a steam room (which wasn't very steamy!) and a very hot sauna attached to the mixed changing area (although luckily my friend and I were the only ones there). There is also a gym that you can use which seemed well equipped. Would return for another great massage but not "spa day" venue

The spa is in the basement of the hotel and looks a little dated as you walk in. There is a small steam and sauna area, tiny but very clean and well kept. The facial was very good - the therapist adapted the treatment to suit my skin and I'm happy with the results.
