Staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly, welcoming, good at what they do and professional. Location is extremely convenient for me. I look forward to my next visit. Love this place, it's a little treasure!

I specifically booked this treatment with Alice weeks ago because I have had other treatments with her and feel very comfortable. When I arrived, anotherlady told me the treatment was with her. I said I had booked with Alice, but she said Alice was off and that “it’s with me, is that okay?” Considering there was no alternative I said yes. I believe I should have been contacted prior to my appointment to confirm whether I’d like to keep it. I find it very unprofessional how this was handled.
The treatment itself was okay, i enjoyed it and would recommend.
I was asked to have a shower midtreatment to wash away the scrub which was fine. What was not fine was the amount of pubic (yes- disgusting) hair in the shower room. For a spa in a hotel this category I expect the facilities to be top notch. Although i normally enjoy my massage with Alice, given all the above I dont think i will return here unfortunately.

Not huge range of colours. Paint was a bit far away from cuticle but overall happy with nails.
