I booked the Absolute Spa Ritual for my mother for her birthday, this was the second time I have booked this. The staff were helpful in setting up the booking and Therapist Alice was waiting for us outside the Spa as we arrived which was a nice touch. My mum loved the therapy, she is a great fan of Elemis products and was so relaxed from the massage she feel asleep! The facilites were all clean, very nice finish througout and quiet for Saturday afternoon so we were able to use the facilities undisturbed. This place is a hidden gem with fantastic service

One of the best places I’ve been too for eyebrow wax and Alice is lovely. Takes time over treatment getting it just right.
