Pedicure quickly arranged at the last minute and it all worked perfectly. Very pleasant therapist, easy to chat with, and she did a good, professional job. Very happy both with the Treatwell booking system and the actual treatment once I arrived. Excellent.

Great customer service from Aurora Spa with a phone call before our expected time to ensure we were able to find the place. The therapists were all welcoming and very friendly. The sauna and steam room sit within the same place as the changing rooms, so do not expect anything that would accommodate more than 4 or 5 people at any one time (1 hour of the use of facilities should suffice). There were only 2 treatment rooms, so we (as a party of 4) were treated a pair at a time, the later 2 guests arriving an hour later than the first pair, as arranged on the phone at the time of booking. Great if you want a small intimate spa day. After the wonderful massage and facial, we compared notes and it seems the therapists carried out the facials slightly differently - one point to note for Aurora Spa is to ensure all therapists have a standard process for performing treatments, so we all feel equally pampered. We were also pleasantly surprised to be treated to a lovely post spa treat of a cup of hot drink and a cupcake each. Thank you Aurora Spa for a lovely Spa session.
