Nice spa in the County Hall Park Plaza Hotel. Dawn was great, friendly and helpful. Massage was heavenly and love the rose facial which came with a divine head massage. I would come back again

When I arrived I was told I should have been called about having a patch test. Which I hadn’t. Then I was told if I wanted to risk it I could go ahead. I’ve had my eyebrows tinted many times before so I said we should do it. I said I wanted them dark brown, as I had them pencilled in when I arrived so she could see how I liked them. The lady said she would do light brown and then take it off after a few minutes to check it wasn’t to dark. She then did this about 5 times! Each time reapplying the dye and leaving it on for a really short amount of time, less than a minute sometimes. I don’t think she was timing it at all. I said I wanted them darker so she said my eyebrows weren’t taking the dye well. This isn’t true, I’ve had them dyed at many salons many times and if anything they often end up too dark! So finally she says she’ll put some dark brown in and again barely leaves it on my brows for more than a minute or two before taking it off again, they looked almost no different so she did it again. And again. By the end my eyebrow skin was hurting just from having things put on and wiped off again and again and again. What was supposed to be a 15/20 minute session turned in FOURTY FIVE MINUTES. By the end I just said fine they’re good enough, they’re not, so I could leave and get back to work. I had told her that his was my lunch break and at no point did she tell me how much time had passed. I ended up being late back for an important meeting. Frankly I’m pissed off; what a waste of time and money.
