The treatment was carefully delivered and preceded by a well explained step-by-step discussion of what cryotherapy was all about, with particular focus on the aftercare. Staff and ambience were lovely and absolutely reccomendable. Smiley and professional.

Dawn was absolutely brilliant! She adapted the reflexology massage to accommodate for my sore runner legs and I got a bespoke tailored massage to release tension whilst still going over reflexology points. I will definitely be back and coming in regularly!

I've always wanted to find somewhere for a best massage and relaxation. Since the venue is nearby towhere I leave, I've decided to give it a try. it ends up with a very good experience. although the venue is small, but with professional staff and enjoyable environment, this place is worth to go for.
