Amar really sorted my back and calves out. He helped me with stretches that would benefit me and he was great to chat to during my session. He addressed all the issues I have in my body. I will definitely be coming back in the new year to do some further work because I feel so much tension has been released in my body. Haven't felt this good in years! Would definitely recommend.
