I've had the Elemis face and body treatment and a de-stress massage here, both were with Alice. Honestly best massages I've had in a long time, good enough for me to go back a second time and I don't even live in London - and I'm sure I'll be heading back soon! Spa is very small but well kept and quiet, staff is lovely. Highly recommend!
