The venue was calm, relaxing, very warm and welcoming as soon as you enter the spa area.
Dawn and the therapists were very warm friendly and welcoming.
I recommend the hot stone massage, i did not want it to end.

Spa wasn’t open due to Covid restrictions however this didn’t stop it being a wonderful experience- haven’t relaxed so much in ages - and therapist really worked hard on my knotty shoulders

Dawn was very helpful in arranging a girly Spa session for me and two friends. There are only 2 massage rooms so timings were staggered for 3. However, things seemed well arranged for Covid safety.
The Plaza is centrally located and the Spa is in the basement, so you feel wrapped up and cozy. The relaxing massage was amazing and did it's job. My friend has deep massage and raved about the hot stones.
Drinks in the bar aren't cheap. Look for a place under the graffiti tunnel.
